1. Crystal Types Included in the Scoop
The crystal items in this Lucky Crystal Scoop are randomly selected from the following categories. Every crystal has undergone quality screening to ensure natural texture:

2. Core Rule: Fully Random, No Custom Selection
1. The core fun of the scoop lies in "unknown surprises". The category, style, size and natural texture of all crystal items are randomly assigned. No specific category or style can be requested after placing an order.
2. Each scoop contains different crystal item. There is no guarantee that crystal categories in different scoops will be non-repetitive; the final result shall be subject to the actual unboxing.
3. Natural crystals may have slight cotton-like inclusions, ice cracks or color differences. These are natural characteristics, which do not affect usage and energy properties, and are not considered quality issues.
3. Other Notes
• After placing an order, your scoop will be shipped within 2-5 business days. To check the logistics progress, please refer to "My Orders".
• If the received crystal has obvious damage (not natural characteristics), please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will handle it properly for you.
